SawmillControl integrates data from various process areas into a sawmill monitoring and configuration information system, enabling monitoring of key production processes and the rapid identification of bottlenecks in the production chain. The analytics generated in the form of various reports ensures planning and high operational efficiency
The software package is web-based and requires no installation at workstations, everything runs through popular browsers. System users can be divided into groups with different access rights.
The main function of the program is comprehensive monitoring of sawmill production, including
- maintaining various reference books and system logs of their changes,
- displaying of shift efficiency compared to plan,
- classification of downtime periods with recording of causes,
- calculation of productivity for separate areas as well as for the entire production facility,
- monitoring the condition of equipment and its units,
- generation of reports on various parameters in PDF and Excel formats.
The SawmillControl main page displays data from various widgets. For example, information on shifts, downtime, current sawing pattern, productivity of the sawmill line for the input of timber and the output of lumber.
Data is collected automatically from the equipment or entered manually if necessary.
The program generates several standard report types for various periods. They can be viewed and printed using a standard browser from any PC on the company's local network with access to the information system. The database format is open and documented, allowing the necessary information to be transferred to other accounting systems, such as 1C.
